Does any one beside me have horror stories about Sunl and Scooter Town? No parts available and next thing you know your 30 day warranty is over!
I have been looking into the possibility of filling a class action suite against them both.
Email this guy (deleted to avoid SPAM....but user said OK to make public...PM me if you want) if you want to hear a horror story about buying a SUNL scooter from ScooterTown. I'm sure he'd be interested in joining a class-action suit. I have other email addresses at home that I can't get to right now that I can PM you.
By the way, I'm just down the road from ScooterTown's Richardson Tx store and hear these same complaints about them all the time. Even when the 30 day warranty is OVER, you can't even buy the parts.

At the very least SUNL is misrepresenting the brand by saying there is a warranty, and then hiding behind a "no parts available" wall. I'm sure something can be done along those lines.

I've gone back and forth with SUNL over parts. Earlier this year when the Explorer karts were first hitting the market in Dallas, and I'd try and get parts for customer karts, SUNL claimed that NOBODY had parts for these, cause it was too new of a product. That there was a 3 month lag time between receiving the product (kart) and the delivery of parts from China. Well here it is almost a year later and while they do have some parts, they never seem to have what I need. I still go by the SUNL warehouse every now and then, but usually just call Dave at Awesome Buggy to order Explorer parts and avoid wasting time.
This is exactly what I'm talking about. Buy a buggy with 30 day parts warranty and there are no parts available. In lawyer terms it's called "deceptive business practices"!
