This is a poll to find out how many people will jump on board to a class action lawsuit against SunL. An answer to this post is fine for now. We are collecting data at this stage. I have to prove there is a case before our law firm will proceed. I myself have lost 12k from this company and I continue to get the run around.

I was unaware they were messing with dealer accounts as well as giving very poor service to end users. That's news! We have a thread on this in the past, but it was based upon end users. Would be interesting to know if other dealers are being abused as well.
I can't understand why SUNL would do this, as what do they have without a dealer network? To me, that sounds like a company that is about to go under.

Oh yes, count me in. I'm a consumer, but I bought 6 ATV's from them less than 6 months ago, and they are all dead for various reasons, even though they were ridden gently and taken good care of. JB Rye, NH

Unfortunately there are people who find it profitable to import scooters/atv/dirbikes/gokarts without bothering themselves to test the product or check for quality issues. They also don't want to be bothered with warranty and parts problems from their "one time" customers.
Yes, there are irresponsible chinese factories and distributors here in the USA making a unethical quick buck.
I'm a consumer and I'd be in in a heartbeat. Ordered a SUNL go-kart through Right Way ATV. SUNL shipped the wrong go-kart. They arranged pickup and would not ship the one we had already paid for until the wrong one was received back by them. They put me down as the shipper. According to the trucking company, I am now responsible for the $943.66 return shipping charge because I am listed on the bill of lading as the shipper. It has gone to collections. I have gone to every government agency that exists to help consumers and cannot get any help. Unless I pay the $943, the collection agency is going to take me to court. SUNL won't return phone calls when we try to contact them and Right Way won't help because they say they have a suit against SUNL. Unless I hire lawyers that will cost me more than the $943, I am going to be out the money.
