Hey all, I finaly got the chance to take my Talon out for a weekend of riding and am very pleased with its performance, we went to Turkey Bay at Ky. Lake. I was able to climb all the hills on the main trails at a speed between 10-15 mph which I thought was pretty good for a 150cc engine, there was one hill I needed a little help on but that was mainly because of the loose terrain and loss of traction. As far as speed goes there was plenty of that on the trails couldn't really hold it more than 20mph for too long because of the roughness of the trail, did hit 32mph once just before we hit a washboard area in the trail and about bounced ourselves inside out.
Overall I'm pretty happy with the upgrades I made but still would like a little more "throw you in your seat take off".
Also thinking of changing the seat belts to a racecar type harness with a quick release buckle and easier quicker adjustment, seems like my belts get dirt in the buckles and they dont want to buckle easily.

Glad to hear the ride went well.

My bumpy rides at 30 mph got allot better with my new shocks, but I do know what you mean. You can get a little shaken up!

the yellow 1500rpm clutch springs helped both of my bugg's.
they make the clutch engage fully at a higher rpm closer to the engines peak power band.
