Honda really missed the mark on that one, huh? What percentage of owners actually use their UTVs for farm stuff? It's too big to be a trail machine, and you'd still have to dump a huge amount of money into it to make it dune ready. I think the RZR is the closest to what the market want so far. If they would make a dune version with extended arms for roughly the same price, they would have the whole market covered. Honestly, how hard would it be to add a few inches to each suspension arm and valve/spring the shocks accordingly?

My brother just moved back from Colorado after 9 years out there. He said, after working for a John Deere/Polaris Dealer for 5 of those years, those SXS and UTV's were too hot to keep in stock!!! he said he got to work on an RZR before they were released to the public, got to review it, and such, and siad a lot of people that frequented the store would rather have the Mule or the Ranger for the price and utility feature as opposed to the high priced fast paced RZR!!!! he said if they sold 2 RZRS last year, they sold 20 Rangers!!!! Amazing... And he got to work on 3 militay spec machines, 1 RZR and 2 of the Rangers... He said they are a wild set-up with tons of "secrets" lol... But I think Honda see's the UTV market out there and is just looking to tag along... I hope they wake up and see that the Pilot is still an icon, and maybe they can produce an affordable machine to compete in this quick growing market... Maybe they can call it the Co-Pilot, or the Captain! lol... Either way, this Honda is trictly for the farmers or for those who have the property to play and work! I have seen more UTV's at the fairgrounds than any other motorvehicle or ATV combined!! Second place goes to Deere Tractors!! lol

It looks all squinty and evil...like a bat. LOL

John your brothers dealer might be in the heart of an agricultural area? My closest JD/Polaris dealer (5 miles away) had NO plans to order any Rzrs since he still had Rangers left from last year. I bought mine from another dealer 30 miles away. He changed his tune when the calls started coming in asking if they had 1 to sell.

That dealer in CO could be selling all they can order to AZ & CA buyers who are still on months-long waiting lists and paying as much as $2000 over sticker. Shipping to these states would be far less than what those dealers are gouging buyers for.

It doesn't do anything for me. Outside of the RZR these SxS are starting to look the same...
