Looks like a great day!

My Joyner 250 also had very stiff front suspension. I let some of the nitrogen out, using a tire pressure guage, until the shocks would get through about half of their travel with me standing on the front rail, and "jumping" on it.

The same was true of my Joyner 800, so I think they like to put a lot of pressure in the front shocks for some reason.
