St. Joe is a 18-20 hours of driving for me. It depends on who's with me and how often they sleep.

Chris,it's not the time or the distance....(I drive truck for a living)! It's the trailer that is an issue. 1500+lbs,+buggy 700lbs,+firewood(cuz I always bring my own)200lbs,and let's not forget supplies....Food ,drink, tent?
I went to Utah for a week just to ride drove about 24 hrs uphill both ways in the snow.... Oh wait snow was only one way. So traveling ..... Not a problem! :D

Ya', I know how it is.. I found out after the 08 Bash Trip that the tires on my newly purchased trailer (it was NEW to me..) were car tires. One of the blew out when a friend borrowed the trailer to move a wood splitter. Good thing it's a tandem and he had a light load on it.

I would have never driven that trailer that far had I known. In fact I wouldn't have bought it. I was just kinda making a point that travelling a long distance is doable for the bash.

So, can we lock this in yet? I need to get it on my schedule before the end of the month.

How about by New Years day? That way we can have 6 months to save or prepare. That is if the last week of June is the time.

Is this bash 3 or 4 days long? And I take it, by the current
votes, it'll be at St. Joes again.

it seems that st joe will win out over durahamtown so if i did this correctly here is a link to a map of the campground

It can be as long as we want it...
Last year Adam and I got there on Thursday and didn't leave until Monday afternoon. We paid for a total of 5-Days. It was awesome getting that one last ride in Monday morning. We needed it too.

Here's the link that's "clickable"
http://www.mostateparks.com/stjoe/camp1.htm
and the picture of it..
