ok me and my dad finaly decided since we already have the kawasaki kdx 220 motor we are gonna put it to use......its going to be a lot of work we know.....i will keep you all updated probobly will not start for another two weeks because he has to work soo i will yall posted
It could work! but the first thing that comes to mind is rolling chassis failures. You might want to consider upgrading the stock rear axle, gear and bearings, the front ball joints, bearings and spindles while your at it. I forsee twisted axles, blown bearing, stripped gears and the front wheels falling off. I'm not knocking your idea, I LIKE it! But I doubt the stock yerf componets could handle that little monster

Sounds exciting but I have to agree the standard kart components will not hold up. Also remember that this machine is not a great handling buggyi they are narrow and with that engine that will rev high will build speed that the buggy was not intended for. You may want to widen the track some and get some front breaks on it for safety reasons only. Many modifiers fail to think of how well their buggy will stop after they upgrade the engine.
