well, start with the usual stuff clean all the mud off, change all the fluids, pull the carb apart and clean it really good, then go do the same with all the electrical items. might have to pull the cover off the fan side to get at the electrical stuff in there. then do all the fuses. change the spark plug.
you might have done all or most of these. hope this helps.

once you change the oil pull the plug and crank it over so that any water in the cylinder spits out the spark plug hole. From the looks of that water your air filter may be coated with mud. I'd clean the airbox and the tube from it to the carb before trying to start. If your running a uni I'm sure you got water in the top of the engine.
