here are a couple pics of the supports. as far as list of hardware: 1/8"x1" flat steel (cut to length) about 6 ft. or so. 8- rubberized clamps, about 1-1/4" dia. w/3/8" hole 16-1/4"x3/4" pan head torx screws w/nuts 8-5/16"x3/4" ss bolts & nuts 1-24"x30" poly mud flap cut to you choice of size & shape
that's about it....i think
** the steel can be cut to your choice of length ** the flap can be shaped to your choice of design

Genius idea! I'm going to do this with my '07 250SS. One of my mounts is broke, it's actually the metal rod that is welded to the mount that broke, so the actual mud flap is a little floppy.
Where would one get that kind of rubber if they didn't work for a trucking company?

thanks guys, now i have a question for all of you. my buggy is shutting down after about 20 seconds of idle time and won't start again unless i leave it sit for 10 minutes or so. ran fine all day and all of a sudden it did this when it was sitting in the driveway. ???????????? fuel restriction? if so, why did it run fine for 30 minutes and then just quit like someone turned the key?

for those of you that are mounting these, ,i've decided to add an extra support to the top/center of the flap and run it up around the speaker box and mount it to the luggage rack. i'l be installing them tonight so i'll post some pic's after i'm done. after messing with these,i just wasn't completely confident that they would survive the long haul without flexing. this should eliminate the possibility of the fenders sagging or dropping down at all.
