the fasteners are just a rubberized clamp with a 1/4" hole for mounting. the local home depot or lowes would have them. i've added some extra supports if you want some pics. after having these on for a few months, i have learned where the weak spots were. they are still 100% better than the OEM fenders though. they do a great job of keeping the mud off of me.
the straight pieces are 1/8" thick flat stock about 1" wide. i just cut them to size and drilled.

I got some steel, I just need to go get the clamps and nuts and bolts. And I bought some of the mud flaps online so I have to wait for those to get here. But if you don't mind posting the pictures that would be great.
