I really need to get me a bigger trailer. 14' just doesn't cut it.

I've got the same and I want to bring both buggies. I once saw a guy use some wood ramps made from 2X8's and placed over the front tires to park a second buggy partly over the first. I wish I had a picture of that because it looked real secure and the 3 foot overlap was just enough.

I dont know if anybody mentioned this, or even cares, but it is my sad excuse for having to miss my first buggy bash!!!

That very same weekend is the NHRA Super Nationals at Englishtown's Raceway Park, NJ.

I teach auto shop, and this is a huge job fair/career fair for our students by invite only, so I have to go!!!

Sorry!!

TAKE TONS OF PICS AND VIDS!!!!

I wish!!!!!

In fact, one of my students has an antique model "A" like go kart, that could definately benefit from a resto and some a-arm suspension, and he really wants to get a kart like mine!!! but these kids are inner city, Newark, Irvington, and such...not the richest, not a lot of places to ride if any, and many of them cant even have a car cuz they get stolen... That is why we go to the super nats every year... huge job fair, and a chance for these kids to see a HUGE booming business and actually understand what they are seeing. They have applications for pit crews and of course the armed forces are there to promote joining up!

So, the school lets us go to one trip a year.... Altho I wish it were a buggy bash, they think that a career opportunity is a bit more educational for the kids!! lol

I will go to the next one if it is a little later in the year, or even earlier... first week of june would be perfect, or the second week in july....but they pick the dates right when schools test or are getting out.... Maybe next year!!

John
