How do you define abuse on these things. I mean they were ment to take out on the desert and romp. I did not see any movies or flyers showing these things hauling grama to church or the store. These things were ment to play off road.

I agree. The jump you have in your picture is from there advertisement. But Just the fact that they put that clause about abuse in there makes you think they will use it. Lets hope they just send you a new one with no problems. That just hasnt been my experience. Good luck

I am keeping my fingers crossed but not really expecting them to warranty it. In any case I will have my buggy fixed soon. Riding season is getting close to the end here in phx az. It is getting in the 90's now and soon over a 100. That is just to hot to play in the desert. I think I will take it up to the mountains a few times this summer. Not sure if I should rejet or not. Better to rich than to lean I always here.

Im up in the white mountains near springerville about 4 hours from you. We still drive about half our time in the dessert so we dont bother to rejet anything. You definatly notice a power drop at 7000 to 8000 ft but everything runs fine. Two of the rails we have are fuel injected so they are no problem but you still notice a drop off in power. The riding around here tends to be slower than in the dessert since its not so wide open so it all evens out in the end. Even though we are cool enough to do alot of riding up here in the summer we usually have switched to jetskis and boats at roosevelt or elephant butte so we still dont ride as much in the summer as you would think. I here that. I will spend some time at the lakes this year as well with my little jet boat but still want to take a run in the woods with the buggy's. Do you have any maps/directions of trails up there? Sounds like you have some sweet machines. If I would not slow you down to bad maybe we could go riding. Thanks!

Come on up. They do a huge atv rally up here every year when they have just about the whole forrest opened up with trails from 2.5 miles to over a hundred miles. Plus there are alot of forrest trails and county roads you can use if you have an rv license plate. From one of our houses I can drive out my drive go up the highway about a mile make a left and drive for 2or 300 miles on dirt roads. They go every where back there. Ive tried several times to get an AZ mountain rally going for buggies but no one seemed interested. Figured it was too far to drive from Phx.

Sounds like a good time for sure. I will keep my eyes open for any news on the rally. I would make the drive for a ride in the woods to beat the desert heat.

If you get an new diff or try to replace the bolts it will only happen again and maybe more catostrophic next time, breaking the cases. Send it to xatvusa, the the original designers, they can update it with a proper and more perm. fix. I also have an update that customers that didnt buy thier buggys directly from xatv probably dont know about and will fix thier lean condition problems. You can jet it till the cows come home and it wont do any good. I have 4 pdf's I can send you with the carb updates.
