I knew someone would be interested in these.... Did they reply? If you do end up getting a bunch of them, and if they have low ratio trans, perhaps you could maybe send one of those 'bonus' trans my way...?? (for a price of course)

I have a 2006 800 sand viper and a 2006 650 sand spider, i am considering swapping the 800 into the 650, and then ? into the 800? Has anybody done a turbo sprint engine swap into a 800 chassis?

mick did a geo metro swap into his 800. Do search he posted quite a bit about it. I noticed they have raised the prices on the engines. The 650s are now 1295 plus shipping and the 800s are up to 1495. Still probably a decent deal.
The engine will fit in the frame BUT the trany's are not the same, you will need to swap out the whole engine trany unit. I did a little research after Vanet pointed out they wernt the same and he was correct, they arnt the same.
