Well, took some video of my buggy. 2007 Rok. 800 EFI. As you can see in the video, the A-arms are broke on the rear pass side and bent on the rear drivers side. I know its a little dirty, but thats what you get when your out ridding in mud =D>

Anyhow, looking at getting more A-arma but would also like anyone who knows about these to pitch some info if you see anything else wrong with the setup...

I am new to all this and am looking at fixing the A-arm and the radiator again. Anyone see anything else?

This is just a drop in the bucket for what you will be in for but to me it is all worth the extra effort. For starters read this thread from the beginning. It wasn't easy but it is needed for sure.

yes, I am running 2 tanks. one is a 17 Gal tank and the other is the stock 5ish? I have gone over 130 miles on this setup. I hit trails, and when we go out, we are gone for hours on end.

The radiator is a dual core with 2 high speed fans. It was working just fine tell it started leaking on the last trip. this was my 3rd setup on the radiator, all of then started to leak for some reason. Nov 20-22 is my sons last football game. Thanks for the offer, but wont be able to make it.

Looks nice! Dont know if you noticed in the video, but both of my A-arms are F'ed!
Now, if I dont have access to a plasma, what other options do I have? Should I just buy another stock set? Anyone have any advice?

You should start with a new set of trailing arms since the current ones are fatigued. WEST COAST or JoJano may be able to box them in for you. I think with the additional weight of your 4-seater, it is certain to happen again without reinforcements.

I have being looking at your radiator and have to assume you are getting enough frame flex to eventually tear apart the core. To check for flex, measure the radiator mounting holes diagonally across while on level ground. Jack one corner of the buggy up 2-3' and remeasure the same holes (you may have to add weight in the seats to see the flex). Consider making a sub frame that mounts rigid to the radiator for strength then mounting the sub frame to the buggy on soft bushings with oversized holes.
