Thanks everyone. Where do I get a repiar manual for this rig? Has anyone tryed copper spray on the head gasket to ensure that it doesn't blow again?

You can download the engine service manual at the top of this forum section. It is a "sticky". As far as "copper spray", your best bet is to keep your engine temperatures down with some additional cooling. WC has got some cooling system upgrades. Give him a shout.
mick

WC, no worries man. I'm sure the additional clamping is probably a good idea, especially when adding boost.
