hi Gilles,

Is it leaking out of the tube? Perhaps it is overfilled a bit? Check the level and if it is up at the top of the range, drain a little out. If it is where it is suposed to be, stop riding the thing upside down...lol

Seriously, I checked your posted pictures and I can't tell if you modified the vent tube or not. It looks like you have an elbow on there......the unmodified tube was tie wrapped up to the fuel line and about a foot long. Might have been the reason for this as the tranny operation flings the oil all over the place, not to mention the riding upside down thing....

Or is it leaking out one of the orifices near the tube.? I have a rubber cap and what appears to be silicone sealent globbed in some holes at the vent end.

So Gilles,

I see you have routed the vent tube down. I think the "leak" may just be "splash" from normal operation. I cut mine at about 2 1/2" so it stays staight up. I do not know if it will "overflow" or not as I am in the process of doing head/intake mods. Again, check your fill level and re-route the tube so the exit is above the tranny to see if it cures your problem.
later...mick
