Sounds like a plan. I want to do each mod one at a time so i can see the difference myself. Just thought I'd do the exaust while i had it off doing the sliders and spring, but no problem. Thanks again for the help.

yep i would hold up on drilling out the exhaust until you go with the bigger jetting.there is a big chance that it would cause the motor to run lean.the stock jetting in carb is suppose to match up with stock air box and exhaust.

All of my parts are here and as soon as the rain lets up I'm going to start. Just wanted to say thanks for all the input. Can't wait to see what difference they make.

Just finished the uni ,jet and exaust. Man what a difference in top speed! Now if the 12 gram sliders and 1500 main spring help the low to midrange it will be a blast.

The CVT modifications will help.

When you are ready for the next performance improvement, upgrade your axle sprocket to a larger one - The only thing that should stop you then is traction.

That's when you upgrade to 22" tires on all four corners to get better grip and clearance.

See where all this is leading...

If they are from Dr. Pulley, there should be a diagram in the packaging. The long flat end goes against the variator ramp and the 90 degree side points to the center of the variator.
