One other thing. When i removed the stock air box there was a vaccum line running to it from the valve cover. What do i do with it? Thanks

Do not plug it. Run it to the back and let it hang. If you plug it theres no escape for excess crank case pressure

Must have put the sliders in wrong because it fills like it is staying in low gear. Takes off fast but seems to just keep winding up. Any guesses?

Fixed the sliders,ran it on jackstands to make sure they worked right and it did. Now it starts and idles fine but when i give it gas it pop back thru carb and dies. checked plug and fuel,seems to be fine. Any idea where to go from here?

check for vacumn leaks around the lines and intake, what color is the plug?

The plug is kid of tanish. It ran fine when i pulled it in shop.While it was on the jackstands i reved the motor to watch the belt move and then it popped back thru the carb and died. now it will start and idle but dies when i give it gas.

probably need to go up on the pilot jet 1 size. it should have a 35 in it now, may have to go to a 38
