well i have finally talked to the gm at crossbar ranch he says that the buggies are more than welcome but you must wear a helmet and some type of boot, he said that he also recommends a skid plate because there are some very rocky areas he said we should prob ride to the south side of ranch because it would be more sutable riding for us in the buggies, if your buggy is a 2 seater you may have a passenger and yes there is a camping area if anyone wants to camp, the ranch is owned by the city of davis........so there we have it does anyone want to go if so lets talk abt times and approx how many we have going...... talk to ya soon........................

Bought my buggy in Feb of 2007, went to Little Sahara State park and realized my buggy needed more power. After several months of modding my buggy, I think I'm ready to reattack the Sand Dunes on the 15th of Sept!

I ride at the corner of 23rd Street and Sunnylane. Cross the bridge and there is a nice riding area that offers hills, a levy, jumps and such.

I'm looking forward to hitting the Crossbar ranch at some point as well. Might have to be in summer of 2008 since i've other obligations for the next few months.

let me know where to meet up in norman to ride the river down there. Been looking forward to riding that area. Also, do you need sand tires or regular? I've got both.

hey there pawn god, I'm form Wichita. Have you ever tried the Kansasbadlands?? It's just four miles north of the oklahoma line on I-35 Here's there website

http://www.kansasbadlands.com

they got 250 acres. Mainly little tracks and one big track that has a few different routes possible. Some of the smaller tracks can really get you mud boggin after it rains!! They have some trails, but the 4 wheeler boys usually make sure the ruts are too deep for us to play in (though I still try and wind up a mud covered drench) LOL check it out. Also, have you ever been to that MX park just north of OKC on 35 a few exits south of the stillwater exit. didn't know if they let buggies on there.

I think you are talking about Sooner State Cycle Park. I think they are a dirtbike track. It looks real nice on Google Maps.

Anyways I ride at my wifes families place they got 40 acres not too many hills at all its out by Big Red. I havent been there yet.

But I got to ride at my wifes Brothers In Laws place and they have some awesome spots out there.

hey noticed your running 9g rollers, did you choose those after playing with other weights or just straight to them? I've got 10g on mine and done some local street "testing", but haven't tried anything "fun" yet LOL..

Just an MX park huh?? darn, those banks and hills look fun!!!!!
