Auther it is reving up like it should but not moving as quickly at all. It will move but slowly take off. Like I said off the ground its fine but with the rear tires touching the ground hardly moving. I replaced the housing from the drive side of the motor with an identical housing off another 90cc motor ( the one Im fixing is a 110cc), and the part that attaches to the housing is made different from the 1 that was on there. I will change it out and put the original housing back on (picked it up from nephew today) and Add my oil. If that dosnt work ill get a new clutch for it. Where and what type of clutch do you guys suggest?

Engine oil bathes the the auto clutch, so if the dip stick shows the correct amount of oil, it should be OK.
On the housing is a screw secured by a nut. Loosen the nut and turn the screw in until you feel resistance. Back the screw out 1/4 to 1/2 turn and snug down the nut. If the clutch still does not engage, it is worn out. One of the dealers on this site should be able to get you a new one if you provide specifics about the engine.
Thy housing I was speaking about is the 1 that goes around the starter area, I guess thats the clutch housing. the pieces inside there were off . Like the clutch cover , a small spring and then the handle that sits in the notch of the cover. If you know what Im talking about. Ill replace it tomorrow with the original housing because it is made slightly different on the inside.
Can anyone tell me where the screw and bolt is, that pghruby is talking about? No luck this morning so im trying to figure out how to take the darn clutch off this thing and change it out with another 1 that is identical. But cant get the nut off the center of the clutch.

Sorry, I do not have a service manual for your engine. The adjustment information I gave you was from the owners manual of my Honda Passport C70B. On all the Hondas, the center of the engine case has an externally exposed screw and nut to adjust the automatic clutch. I have never removed or replaced the clutch in my Hondas.
