here is a picture of the adjusting screw. A honda trail 70-110 manual is what you need. I have two here at the shop.

Behind the chrome cover should be clutch adjustment screw.

like Peter said, behind the chrome cover should be the adjustment screw, if adjusting it doesnt help its clutch time

Big E, PGHruby; you guys ROCK.
Adjusted the clutch and she ran great until the clutch started getting loose. Gonna put some Loctite on the clutch bolt, put it on and let it sit over night and put everything else on in the morning. Let you know in the morning how it goes.
Oh yea almost forgot since my nephew gave me 2 motors, and 2 frames the problem with the other 1 is identical to what this 1 did. So got plenty of projects. When I get something running as it should Ill upload some of the pics for u guys. Nothing exotic, but the kids enjoy em :D

#-o Well I guess its not how many times you fall, Its how many times you get up thats important. Having said that, clutch not working again. Adjusted it for about an hour at different settings still wouldnt run like it did yesterday, so im gonna buy me a new clutch and try that. Should I replace anything else in this side? Dont want to have to go in it again for a while

Petez Racing (a member on this forum) has his little auto-clutch tweaked quite well. You may want to PM him if you want to get more out of yours.
