Finally got my sons 110cc working properly.
Now Im going to start on the next 110 motor(clutch). After putting the new clutch in it and installing it on the frame, I started turning it over and I could tell a lot of hesitation while trying to start it. So I figured that was bcause of weak battery. Got the jumpstart hooked up and d***, would not engage with the starter. Put new starter on, and same problem starter spinning but would not engage. Took off left cover at starter where the chain is, everything seemd fine, put it on sort of sideways to see If i could tell what was turning and not, and everythingis turning on the chain when I bump the starter.
But I did notice that my gears doent seem to engage properly when I try to push down or up with my hand. At times it will only click 2 times. But this is a seperate problem from the other, or could this be the combine attack of 1 culprit?
