I agree it sounds like there is a vacuum leak somewhere, but usually if that is the case they are really hard to start.

Okay so I started it easy as butter, let it idle for 10 min no issue. Feathered the gas and got it going down the street for about five minutes.bogging at wot so came home pulled the plug it was light tan ,which means it's running lean... sprayed all around intake boots with carb cleaner no change so I have no leaks... here's where I'm stumped. If I set my idol mixture screw above one and a half turns out it takes me literally 5 minutes start if I said it at one and a half turns it starts immediately

What size jets do you have in the main and the pilot?

128 is not what usually comes on these. With the Uni you may consider trying a 40 pilot and a upping the main and see what you have then.

Any of the approved vendors on here can help you out. Not sure about a kit but they can sell you some different sizes to try.
