Are those the rear arms? If so you leaving them as a single bar or box it in or any thing like that? All those bends done with the bender?

Those are the front a arms.
All the bends with the exception of the front bumper were done with an Ideal conduit hand bender.
The front bumper was done with the hydraulic bender that I just bought, which you can see in the bottom right hand corner of the second picture.

How hard was it with that hand bender? I got the same hydro bender. What size rails are you using?

The tubing is 1" o.d. .125 wall
It takes a bit of grunt to bend this tubing. It is pretty thick. The hardest part of the bending is keeping enough foot pressure on the heel of the bender so the tubing stays seated in the saddle of the bender throughout the 90 degrees of the bend.
Any bend less than 45 degrees was no problem

You're welcome.
I'm pretty sure I've got the basic chassis done now. I just need to check if there is any missing welds.
Hopefully my steering wheel and front shocks show up this week(Ebay purchases)

I have shocks from a Honda XL 250 coming.I know I read it somewhere to use rear shocks off a motorcycle for the front of a buggy and I got these for a decent price.
I would like to get front shocks off of a Honda EX 400 for my rear shocks but that can wait for now. I want to get the front end done first.
I haven't bought anything off of Ebay for a while and was kind of surprised at the shipping rates, they seen to have gone up substantionally.
I priced out rod ends from my local farm supplier yesterday. 1/2" end with 1/2" fine threads was $60 !!!!!
None of the auto suppliers or speed shops stock them and I finally found a place about an hour from me that stocks them.
It is called Bicknell Racing Products and he has them in stock for $7.60. Plus he has other things there like quick disconnects for steering wheels.
I feel a road trip coming on 8-[

Here is a pic of the frame done as far as I can for now.

The steering wheel didn't show up today but the shocks did. I took them all apart and cleaned evrything and back together they went.
I got the pedals made tonight and am going to get the front heim joints and steering material tomorrow morning.

Got some of the front end parts on Saturday and made up a bunch of the little brackets and stuff that takes up all the time to do.
I still like the looks of the front spindles on pmacs bandit but have been unable to source them out.
