Are the showers coin-op or included as part of the camping fee at St. Joe?

Also, is there any water faucets(garden hose type) near the campsites? Or is the only place for water by the showers??

coins are obsolete in missouri. the showers take dollar bills :jawdrop

Just kidding, the are part of the camp fee. They are auto turn off, just push button in, and it slowly pops out, you just keep pushing it in until your done. This way no one can leave water running. There are hydrants located in camping area. I never really noticed how many. I have one right across from my site like 20ft away, but it was for about 4-5 sites to use. No problems.

Theres also a big pond!No really this place well maintained showers are included in camp fee.Thats the way it was last year.

not to mention they have a really nice CRYSTEL CLEAR :shock:

lake to swim in. Other than that deadgun sand on your feet, it awsome. Me and my daughter spent couple hours there and had a blast. Ride the buggy right up to a parking place and get out and swim!
