Has any one move the Battery on the Roketa buggies? I know with the headers and such I am heating the battery up and it finally killed the battery. I am looking to move it to the front. Has anyon done this and if so what did you use?

I am possibly looking at an Odyssey 925 battery as I see these are popular and maybe one of their mounts

Hoowee!! Those are nice. Most of us go to Wallyworld or Sears when the chinese junk battery poops out. What Roketa do you have? By the way, Welcome to buggynews.

Roketa GK-34A 800cc 4 Seater with turbo.

Yea the battery failed and left me to go get the truck and the wife and kid in the dessert for 2 hours so I need to make sure that it does not happen again

Relocated the battery to under the passanger seat for several reasons. as you stated - for header heat.
And for easier access, to move some weight forwards for balance and to reduce unsprung suspinsion weight. Cut the battery box from the swing arm, relocate it in the passenger compartment then extend the wires to reach. I found the Wally world batterys last twice as long as the sealed motorcycle types and at half the price too.
