I have used it one .95 1.5" tube and it worked but not .65. I tried bending exhaust tube once and it came out pretty bad lol. I would guess .65 is pretty close to the same as eaxhaust tube. All I have ever done with this is roll cages I'll have to take some more pics of my rock crawler so you guys can see more bends also I'll take some pics of the bender when I bend and show you the shop rag trick. If anyone has ever used this bender they know it will put 2 little divits in the tube where the outer dies go. If you fold a shop rag into 4's and tape it to the dies and let the tube rest into the rags you won't get the divits.

I wish they were that cheap here. I just got the Princess Auto flyer yesterday and the 12 ton is on sale for $179
From a regular price of $229.99 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Funny thing is that a little while ago the regular price of this bender was $200 and it would go on sale for $99

We used 2 benders for the buggies. But my HF bender works a little better for tighter turns. The dies are not perfect but they do the job.

If you are close to the border, a day trip to Harbor Freight may pay off.

I just checked Northern Tool and Harbor Freight websites and it would cost me at least $75 to ship(UPS).
And because they use UPS there will be brokerage charges that go along with the shipping.
Harbor Freight Canada has free shipping as long as you spend over $140 but the bender is $189
I also checked on Kijiji and there are a few of these for sale used anywhere from $100 - $190
Sinister I sent you a PM
