Is there a Buggy magazine out there yet ? or are we stuck having to attempt to see whats available for quads & dirt bikes to see what may (or may not) be able to fit. I like to look at the various aftermarket magazines to see more informations about new & upcoming products etc. . .

I'd like to think someone will be producing one soon, I look all the time "four wheeler" or "Wheeler" is the closest,as the sport/hobby grows it'll only be time before someone reconizes the business opportunity.
What would it be called?
Buggy News? (nay,thats already taken)
????? you know on second thought why not "Buggy News Magizine"? I like it all we need now is a mag to put the name on(with Steve's blessing of course) theres probably a lot of legal mombojombo involved , and I think this topic has been discussed before,

Caters to Rhino/RZR type crowd BUT also has Ridge Runner stuff....
If there were enough people who requested/subscribed to the mag we might be able to sway some of the content our way....

Oh, and they are supposed to have an upcoming article on the Joyner 1100cc SxS....

Disclaimer: I have nothing to do with this mag other than being a subscriber....Former Rhino owner and maybe a future Kawasaki SxS owner (mmmmm V-Twin noises).....

I agree that right now SideXSide Action is the most relevant. Some folks consider our buggies to be SxS's so it wouldn't be much of a stretch for SXSA to include more buggy action. Send in those letters, pics and requests!

Look in the photo gallery of the magazine link above... I found this. I agree. Send your pics and stories to them and they will see the need to pick up on our industry...

It's something I've considered in the past... just simply not enough time in my life for it right now though.

From a business stanpoint, there just isnt a large enouge base of potential advertisers for a print version of a Buggy only Magizine. It would have to be a Broader based Mag, including Sand rails or SxS or Quads to attract larger advertisers. The Subscription fees barely cover thecost of printing and shipping on your typical magizine, it is the advertising dollars that drive the profits. That is why a magizine like consumer reports which accepts no paid avertising is so rare. I was the president of a Magizne for a while and I will tell you this, Online is the only game in town these days if you are going to focus on a small single product magizine based on buggies alone. Until the racing of Buggies becomes more official and some of the major oil companies and such see the $$$$ from the industry they won't buget the money to the Buggies. the advertisers you would see in the magizine would be Us.. Blade, Carter, TJ, Joyner, Carter, some trailer companies and Sunl and Roketa along with the Rip off artists of the world that want you to know them. not enough to sustain a mag yet. BUT soon....

IMHO

Just had a thought after I clicked submit! A magizine based on NON Japanese off road product might do it... If it was broad in the sense that it covered all off road vehicles from China and Korea and did reviews and tips and such. Also stuck to a standard in advertising it may do well at this time..

Just a thought for somebody ready to build a new empire!!!!
