Where do you get the gears?

The gears are now standard on all Blade 250XT's and from all reports that I am getting she fly's......!

I am new here but to see a owner/dealer respond to someones modification so quickly and input it in the design is kick rear end! If only computer gaming companies listened to their customers more eh...
