BMS finally had Fed-Ex pick up the 1000cc Dune Buggy. They also refunded MY original purchase price but they chose not to reimburse my costs involved with dealing with their defective product nor any labor. I am no longer a BMS dealer nor would I ever recommend their product to anybody but my worst enemy.
Good luck if you buy anything from BMS.
BTW: After a few days, their mechanics were able to find the issue which was a defective wiring harness specifically causing the MAP sensor to malfunction.
