Where to start, well I guess size should be first because that was the first issue I had with it. Its huge!!!! 72" wide makes it very hard to roll it but also very hard to go down 4 wheeler trails in the woods. It showed up in the back of a semi and there was noooo way to unload, it wouldn't even come close to fitting on the liftgate so we had to borrow a forklift to even get it off the truck(luckily I work just a couple blocks away from my house and they let me use one). It was in a metal frame instead of a big cardboard box which i thought was nice, assembly was easy everything fit really nice. The suspinsion on this thing is great!!! I handles bumps big and little like a champ. It was such a good ride quality that I went around looking for something to jump. Its kinda nose heavy to jump but handles it very well. The seats are great very comfy and adjustable(they recline to). They brag about it coming with a windshield and top and mp3 speaker, I guess the top would be up to you but the mp3 speaker wouldn't last a day in mud so I left it off, I did however put on the windshield and top and after one day of ridding quickly took off the windshield because one speck of mud and you can't see a thing!!! Power, well lets just say my brother has a kinroad ssr250cc that smoked it, he weighs 300lbs and i wiegh 185lbs and it made no difference, he could climb more hills and even out run me down the road. Out of the box it ran about like my 150 did. I have now put 17g sliders in it, blue main spring, took off the cat converter and all the smog stuff and put on an open air uni and jetted the carb and WOW!!!! I couldn't believe the difference that makes. It will now go up hills with me and my brother on it spinning the tires that it wouldn't even consider going up with just me on it before. It is now way more power than his(all weve done to his is blue main spring and gutted the muffler,so far). The biggest down side to this buggy is the open diff, it is suprisingly capable for only spinning one tire unless it feels like it(then it gets both) but you can't count on it when you need it. I'm going to have one of my buddies who is a mechanic weld it posi. So with just a few simple mods I would say if the HUGE size of this thing wouldn't bother you (it doesn't me) this thing is a great buggy for the money, if you plan on modding it.

Congrats on your new buggy :) Now we need pics of it. We looked at the bms and size and power were a issue so we went with the kinroad 300 for the wife. BMS was prob 2nd because of size.

I bought the same buggy and so far the only complaint is with the electric fuel pump. Other than that it's an awesome machine. I'm taking notes on your upgrades and sticking that on my to do list. The MP3 player is nice while sitting still with the engine off but when riding you can't hear anything but exhaust.

HI

I purchased the same buggy and had noting but problems
with it. The way you fix the engine sound is to replace the
muffler with a MRP cn250 muffler, they say they are high
performance, but what they really are is a good quite muffler that sounds good and lets you hear the speakers
when you are moving down the road. I also replaced the clutch and clutch spring to stop the delay in the the
acceratiion on take off. The other thing I also replaced was the igntion coil, its make the engine run smother
at idle. The parts I replaced should have been in stalled
when the buggy was build because these items I mention
are very poor quality. The rest of the buggy was ok but you should not have to spend 600.00 on upgrades too make the buggy run like it should have when it was made. I also had a problem with back firing on deceleration so I made go karts usa replace the carburator under the parts warranty. Finally the buggy is
now running like it should. If I had known there were so many problem with this kart before I purchased it I would have bought the 800cc instead. I hope this helps you.

Fix the engine sound? Ok its loud but there is no problem with the engine sound, it sounds like a high performance 4 wheeler. It sounds exactly like a buddy of mines 400ex after he made it a 440 and spent 500 getting the only dyno proven exaust he could to geve it as much power as posible, so to me it souds GREAT. As far as your backfire on deceleration thats exaust, if you put straight pipes on a truck and downshift it does the same thing, its normal with free flowing exaust I have flowmaster exaust on my 2002 dodge ram quad cab and it will do the same thing. Does it need new fuel infectors? LOL Now the clutch, the hesitation on aceloration is jetting in the carb not your cluth, yes the clutch is poor quality lol all the chineese buggies use poor quality componites thats how they are so cheap. It doesn't make them junk its just if you can't fix it yourself your going to spend alot of money to pay someone like me to do it for you. To sum it up high performace stuff is better and you know you want it faster anyway!!! lol

I wish I had seen this sight a week ago. I have a BMS 300 coming. OK what do I need to do to make it a good machine, Clutch?, jets? send it back?

Do the ignition modules that eliminate the rev limiter do any good?

change the rollers, main spring and maybe the clutch springs, then do the uni, jets and exhaust, I like to leave the electrical for last. I dont know about the cdi or coil for the bms 300 but I will check and see what I can find out

Thank you for your reply.

I see you are a buggy dealer, I will visit your site and try to get the parts necessary to get my buggy up to par. you say change the rollers?
I am an old dirt track stock car racer, and this is the first buggy I have had. I know cars but don't know much about these.

Are the rollers part of the clutch assy.

Is there a good resource of tech. manuals or anything on these. or is it all in Chinese

BIGE

I looked at your sight. looks like you have a good selection of parts. and I appreciative the description with the parts.
What size rollers do you suggest for the 300.
