Man you got a 250 so no. I'm sorry. This is off a gy6. You want a 30mm. I would get a slide or pump carb. I like slides cause no diprahm

Carb and fuel petcock are on the way. Hope to have it running this weekend. Anyone know how much oil these take?

Between a half and 1 quart. Fill it till the oil is half up the dip stick with it unscrewed. When you screw it in it will be all the way up

Got fresh oil in it, carb is on the intake. Having a slight problem with the alignment of the intake boot. Have a few questions,

What are the extra input/output spots on the carb for? We know the big one is for the gas, but what are the other ones?? Vacume lines? Where do they go?

Will any 12 volt battery work, or do I have to have the one that fits the battery spot? Reason I ask is the one that it is made for is $81 at my local parts store, the next size up or down is 37.

How good are these things on gas? 87 should be good...right?

ok input and output spots on the carb. big one gas like you said. one is a vacume line from the intake. the 3rd should be a vent. Post a better pic of the carb and I'll try to be more specific about which is which. 87 gas will be fine as for the battery it needs to fit the box so it wont move around too much wile riding. but any 12 volt battery wil run the buggy

funnymans correct, the other two are for coolant to flow thru, you can run a vacumn hose from one to the other to block them off

So coolant runs though the carb? That crazy lol

I figured out that one of the things I was confused was the thermostat, needed an electrical wire not a gas line....right? I have a pic below.

I have two spots on the left side, and one on the top right that we are confused about. What do I run them too exactly? Sorry, I am not very technical and am learning quite a lot from this. Kind of went in over my head, but I think I am close. The bigger one on the left side is for fuel, directly from the petcock, right?

I got a battery today, last part I was missing.
How much coolant do these take and what kind?

Thanks, I think we can get it running yet tonight :)

BIGE thanks for the fuelpetcock, it screwed right on. The free shipping and sunglasses/pen are a nice touch. THANK YOU!!!

Thanks to everyone else for helping me, wouldnt have been possible with out this place.
