That Mikuni looks like the first one I got when I asked for a Deni or Kehin 125 main jet. This was before I even opened the carb. My main is definitely one piece. Whe I look at it under magnification I can see a radiused shoulder where yours twist apart. Can I get both parts? Seems more flexible (and probably cheaper in the long run) that way. James??

We have had a few calls here from people who have pulled out the whole brass piece insted of the center jet, so, I am posting some pics that I hope will be helpful to some.

I figured I had nothing to lose so I reefed on that little bugger & it popped loose. I have the same jet afterall. I still don't know what size it is--it's not marked--but a #57 drill will pass but #56 won't. That puts it about .044". Checking my handy convert-anything program a .043" = .110cm. I wonder if that's the numbering trick (centimeters)? Guess I'll have to go back to the cycle shop yet again. If that doesn't work I'll be giving James a call.
Thanks again for all the help. The pictures are worth their weight in gold.

I tried too but if you click on it it shows up, I think the pictures came out pretty good though.

Yeah, I know it's clickable... just thought I would mention that because some people may not realize it's there. It is a great shot, you photo guru, you. You sure you're not one of the photographers on your buddy's web site there???

Mark,
hit it carefully with the #56, make sure not to leave any shavings at all, this will give you a 127 or so jet... will do you good until you get some jets in, we have some karts that we run this way and never added a new ket, no problems!!!
