Not sure what the stock jet size is, I went to eastside motorsports:

http://www.eastsidems.com/eshopprod_cat ... n_Jets.htm

And their jet sizes range from 108 to 155, with no decimal places for incrimental size.

Thanks
Anthony

When I put the new jet in (252pierspeed) do I need to tighten all the way in or tighten then back out a turn or two?

Thanks,

Joey

Thanks to Steve!

I dropped the bowl on my Titan II 250cc's CFmoto 172mm Keihin carb.
The main jet is a 110. Pics attached. Is the pilot jet just above the main?

Kman

took off carb to go to higher than 127.5 jet and realized i had actually put in a 132.5 . inspected spark plug and it looked good...or maybet too dry   , might have to drill out a bit bigger, but buggie fires right up and runs great so maybe better off leaving it as is.

This morning I went for a ride and I noticed my buggy sounded like is was flooding. So I quickly turned around and went straight home. Upon inspection I opened the air filter box and found that is was filled of water. I leave my machine outside and it rained for about 5 days. Really not sure how that much water got in there but anyways I decided that since I had the box off I would install my UNI filter and change my Jet. Last weekend I installed new rollers and gutted my exhaust and a new 1500 spring. Which by the way was a big difference. So now I installed my new jet 128 but when I pulled the carb out I did not make note of a few tubes and where they were located. I am not sure where to attach the tube from the bottom of the Float cover. I tried starting the unit and it will not stay idle and will flood. Gas will spit from the side of the carb. I then tried reinstalling my original Jet. Still same problem. Do I not have a tube connected correctly. Or is my float causing the problem?

Can anyone please help me. I have a Talon DLX 150

Thanks

Bump. I'd like to hear any ideas about Chills' problem above.
