Pipe is measured on the id, tubing is measured on the od....One off busings may be hard to find and or expensive....Are they welded solid yet?

Yeah, there on there pretty solid. It wouldn't take too much to make a new set of arms if I need to. Thanks for the tip, I'll try calling tomorrow.

I got most of the bracing done. I still need 2 in the back and 1 on top. I also have to put braces in the engine area and I still need to figure out where to mount the a-arms up front. I haven't put the brace in the front yet either. I am waiting for my steering wheel and shaft and stuff.

Looks good, I wouldn't x brace behind the seat, just diagonal the bottom one way, and the top the other....And also land the windshield braces on top off were the side diagonal meet... :D

Still not sure where to mount the a-arms. I might have to remove that brace in the front, I would like to leave it there if possible. Any ideas? The other problem is that the top rail sticks out more than the bottom one so I can't use that as a support to mount the upper arm.

I also know that I need about 5.5" from the upper and lower arm mounts. What about something like this?
