icefyre- magnafluxing will cost at least a hundred bucks... ive basically (didnt pass the written part) gotten the AWS pipe certification and ive welded schedule 40 and 80 pipe in all the positions including 6G position. and i have passed tensil and ductility testing in the 6G position, so i know my way around when it comes to welding! and im only 16! this pic is of the 1st pass that i did, i only knocked the flux off of it, havent touched a grinder to it yet. im going over it tomorrow for the 2nd pass along with welding the washers... i know safety is an issue... but I AM looking into getting another set of wheels all the way around... and one have 4 stock ones layin around they wanna sell? PM me...

If your rim suffered that much fatigue, I would replace it. There is a point where safety takes place over a few dollars saved...

I agree, from what I saw was no problem,I would do it in a heartbeat but if you saw more cracks up thru the wheel then its time to replace!

What size are they and do you want to replace with stock?
As far as the welding goes... you're on your own.
However, you are only 16 so ask your mom and dad what they think first. You may be good. You may be smart. But your still just, yes just, a minor. If your wheel comes off and hurts someone they are responsible for it and your actions.

I've jerry rigged m fair share including the old washer trick to make bolt holes. One hole maybe I would weld. Even then I would have a new one on the way using the welded one for a back up. To have to weld the whole rim
