Since we all our diehard buggy news fans, here's my 2cents
worth. The font called goudy stout looks real tuff and if the
back ground could be a lighter color, maybe white or yellow.
That would be better. It's kind of hard to distinguish the
lettering from the back ground. Maybe a cartoon type pic
would be good to. you know like the old t-shirts from the 70's
that had the extreme looking hotrods with the gooley monster
looking dude sitting in them. just some thoughts.

Ok. Here is just a round shape with buggynews.com . The colors can be changed around to whatever.

I have not gone to the local shop to get prices. But looking online just real quick I noticed round and oval costs more (die cut) as opposed to square. Also I need to check into the type of paper it is on and they offer UV coating (which was not expensive).

I am just trying to get the ideas rolling and see what we come up with.

MADRANGER: I think you are talking about illustrations by Ed "Big Daddy" Roth. May be too over the top for buggynews.com Used to see his stuff on the old Revell model kits!

Yea the good ol' ratfink stuff, I think it would be cool to have
one of those crazy looking creatures sitting in a buggy tearing
it up. Go to makestickers.com, there's all kind of templetes you
can use, you can even download pics to put on the stickers.
If you buy just one sticker it's like 4.95 no shipping that's not
to cheap. But if you buy in bulk it's way cheaper. I think 25
cost you forty bucks. That's like two bucks per sticker cost.
Sell them for four dollars double the profit. Use the profit for
a buggybash bar b' que. YEA :D

Well I need to change the colors. Like a white background with solid colored letters so it would be readable.

Remember guys we still have to decide on the sticker size too I was trying to keep it around the 3" size like you suggested to fit on a buggy.

The magnet can be bigger I suppose. I am going to change the colors of the worded one to better show the lettering. I am sticking with the same font as the website.

This is the most effective sticker I have seen yet. Mark,[guy48] made these up and gave them out to everyone at last years bash in Kentucky. Well done Mark! They are simple, bold, easy to read and recognize, the white stands out against any background color and the shape goes good on a roll bar or frame tube. Here is some pics of TEAM 9/13's dazon. He chose to "fly the colors" on the upper tube of the swing arm

Same basic button different colors. IS round a good shape? So far we have the round with buggy as a favorite. The round lettering only could be made as a small sticker/magnet and still be clear where the one w/buggy would have to remain a certain size for the buggy to be seen.

Any ideas on shape? We had oval suggested. Should we keep making stuff and throwing them out for you to see?

No offence but get rid of the round. It wont fit on the buggies as well and it looks confuseing. It was an interesting idea but it just doesnt work. Just my .02 cents

If Mark is bringing any of those this year, I'll take a
couple, he ran out of them last year when I got there.
Those are easy to see.
