I am installing a Honda 200sx motor in a carter 150 and would like to use a cable shifter. What cable shifters are others using.

I would go to a speed shop and get an aftermarket cable for a car shifter like from B&M
I think those cables can be bought up to 8' long ( if you were going to use i in a rear engine dragster for example) and are pretty robust.

I did some more checking and the cable is called a morse cable it is a push pull cable.

I just did a google search on Morse cables and they are for sale at Jegs $37.99 - 47.99 depending on the length you need.

Thanks for the Info.
Don't know yet if I'll run the cable or linkage with rod ends. Been fabing up the suspension brackets (bearing plates & mounts) and a arm jigs the last week or so. Trying to get that done before the big parts as the small ones take the most time as you well know.
