OK, I removed a front shock (passenger side) and full travel is 5". The shock has a travel of only 3" and being nearly vertical this limits the suspension to a little more than 3" of travel as I wanot able to get the a-arms to contact the frame at all with my 240lb standing on the front bouncing up and down. The shocks would bottom on their rubbers. The driver's side only has 4.5" of travel due to the master cylinder bellcrank impeding the upper arm from resting on the frame. The front shocks are 17" eye to eye.

Bummer. Those long A-arms promise nice long travel but their placement prevents this.

I think I may have been the first to get the new Reaction. I just got back from a cruise so it's been a couple weeks since I have been on here.

Cruise was sweet. My second cruise in 5 years. I'm going to try and do it more often, maybe every year.

Marysville, Ohio. Farm land with some woods. That's my back yard in the picture.

After getting back from 80+ temp to 30s, I'm cold. I went out today for a little but found I wasn't bundled up enough. I waited around the rest of the day for my brother but he never showed.

I'm still happy as can be with it. Found one thing today. The rev shifter was so loose. One of the two bolts was gone. I came home and replaced it.

As I have said before. The seatbelts will not stay tight, I'm over driving the headlights, and they need an on/off switch.

Wow!!
I have been on here for a few months now and have never came across this thread. Well on that note here is a another to add to your list.

As most of you know my kart is in process of a rebuild, so here are a few old pics, and a few of the recent progress.

Current mods are listed in sig, but too many to list are being added. Will update as I progress.

John,
Here are a few others I know of. Maybe we can PM them and have them add.

AZkartfun - just sold his, but we have photos, and he had alot of really good mods too.

GMANLV - I know he just got a joyner, but not sure what he did with his Dune.

Also the guy with the snowmobile hood and body panels. I dont know his name, but he def needs to be inc, with all the work he has done.
