can you fix the constant getting kicked off chat and forum?

well on the forum i left it on for 2hrs and suprisingly didnt get kicked off! steve you did something and it worked well

well it did, im now getting kicked alot on the forum, ill check my temp files and cookies but i dont think its me

i am getting kicked out of chat every 4 min even if i keep typing. its gota stop. mabey upgrade to that new chat
