Sandy Bullock’s boy busted for bad emissions

JESSE JAMES is on the wrong side of California’s clean-air regulations, according to the California Air Resources Board. The “Monster Garage” reality show host and his West Coast Choppers were hit with, and agreed to pay, a $271,250 fine by CARB, which claims his custom bikes sold between 1998 and 2005 do not meet state emissions standards. But despite Sandra Bullock’s husband’s offer to make all of his noncompliant motorcycles meet federal standards, the state agency only was “interested in the cash settlement,” according to a statement released by his publicist.

That's a prime example aboout how those idiots at CARB, are not even interested in the air, but rather how they can keep their pockets fat. The entire CARB thing is just another money maker for the state, and a job creator. Can you say Job Security.
