A bunch of us got to ride it today...it was awesome! I believe everyone was really impressed. It had a few very minor issues that could be improved upon, but seems like we could have a winner with this one.
Lots of power, smooth ride, roomy interior. I really liked it. It may be what I get for myself and the wife. It will retail around $4,000 - $4,500.
I know someone got video and pics of it, I just can't remember who told me they got it.

Ya know I am busy as devilville lately and did not have a chance to see this thread when it started. I would really like to see this machine as well. Who ever has the pics and video please post it ASAP.

How wide was it relative to other karts?
Did it have a name yet?

I'm not sure the exact width, but what they have done is put the 300cc motor on the frame of the 250 they have. They have also put in a rear differential so the turning radius is greatly improved. I had it up pretty fast, but just ran out of room. It still had a lot to give though.

I RODE IT!!! WOOHOO!! It was very strong - smooth ride. Brakes seemed a little weak. My son, Michael, kept saying HOLY COW! every time I floored it. I think de4lee drag raced someone in the 300, but I don't know how it turned out - I think it was a close run. Carter rep. said it was just put together the day before and it had to be cleaned up for a show later on Saturday or Sunday. If someone has his email we should send him thanks messages - may help justify future dealer turnouts at buggy events.

I've got his e-mail address and cell #, I figured I would call him tomorrow and thank him again from all of us.
Kenny (ky_ridgerunner) raced de4lee and it was close, but Kenny said that the track was too short for the 300 to get up to top speed, it still had more power to let loose.

I did not get to see the 300 but I agree, the track was short I could not get out of second.
My first drag was with a carter though, I got my rear end kicked I found out it had a two stroke 560cc sled engine in it super fast, but no suspension...they do circle track racing. Very kewl
