At last I can now get the carb and ignition settings something like they're supposed to be!

Which begs the question--- why don't the manufacturers provide this information instaed of a poorly printed 6 page leaflet showing next to nothing! darn em all

I'VE BEEN TRYING TO OPEN AND DOWNLOAD THIS BUT, IT'S NOT WORKING. WHY????

i had trouble with this some time back.
did you try to right click it and when menu box comes up
try the one that says (save target as) then you can save it where you want.thats finally how i got it to work for me
