Thank you all for your warm support... I just came home from hospital (in NL) today. I guess I will be stuck on four wheels for at least 2 more months. The gave me a nice set of 2,5 inch screws in my left knee. Luckily my wife is a physiotherapist... so rehab will at least be intense enough to make a speedy recovery. I know she won't cut me any slack on that department ;-)

And TF don't worry she doesn't blame you one bit... she kinda knows the man she married I guess... (not that I make a habit of these kind of stunts) She actually wants to come too next time... I told her everything about you and the family, she would love to meet you all. Please give her thanks to M. she was very touched about what she did for me.

Good thing to hear that you did catch that steelhead.
That tells me you all did have a good time (despite me messing it up, I still feel bad for putting such a strain on you all).

I found the 'medicine' in my bag... Thanks PG
I kinda missed the '3 portions a day' label.
It's going down well.
By the way do you often have these premonitions?
Please tell me before I come over again... LOL

I'll keep you all updated...

Jackster

PS tell G. and TJ I'll make them something cool for their Buggies.

Seems kinda funny to say, but we had a fabulous time, even w/all the extreme drama... as to such a strain -- did U forget, we have 5 sons -- we are somewhat familiar with broken bones & such. And besides thats what Good Friends are for :!: :!: :!:
Wishing you & the Mrs. All The Best;

PS Tj & G. think your Cool !!

Hey Jackster, Its Mrs. TF. I'm so glad you are home and on the road to recovery. Did you stay awake for the surgery like you wanted? PLEASE bring your wife the next time you come, It would be great to have her here. That way when you go home with bruises from me beating you for acts of stupidity she will know where they came from. Thanks for the awesome pictures of your family. G and T say hi and get well so you can come back. Thanks again for your good attitude through this all and I still had a great weekend. Keep up your sense of humor, and know our thoughts and prayers are with you. Keep in touch. Mrs Team Farm

I had no premonitions of what was going to happen. I just try to come prepared.

I have a section of rail road iron concreted into the shop floor which I'll anchor front of rear down from... then fork lift in the middle of buggy & lift !! Well not quite that simple, will need a torch & welder to cut & replace bent frame, upright braces. The nose is a quite unique impression of Dutch damage, think I'll leave this... :P

What do U think ??

Hey, Snowann are you out there, I might could be persuaded to take on another SS 650... if the price is right
:?: :!: :!: :!:

Pgh, I cant believe we did it again ... Not Enough Pics :!:  :!:

I was thinking about your idea, I have a different thought instead of fork lift. Use one or two floor jacks under the frame. You will have much better control of the movement than the lift.

Sounds about right.... your trailer just about says it all... LOL
Really cool rig... I would have loved to see it with that buggy train behind it.

Know anybody at a body shop? I think a frame rack would be the way to go - if you have the means. Pull it out the opposite way it went in. Just a thought. Good luck.
