These are my rear fenders I designed. They are extremely sturdy and look really good...in my opinion.

The brackets are made from stainless square tubing. They are used in the oil field to mount transmitters to pipes. I snagged some from work and u-bolted them to the swingarm. I then bolted one to that one bending over the tire to mount the fender to. I mounted the other end of the fender to the lower shock bolt. I can stand on it and it barely flexes. They are very strong. They protected me from the mud very well last sundau too. Now I just need someone to answer me about my torque spring. :?

No- I cut it to contour the muffler. It was a stab in the dark at first then I just cleaned it up with a file.

Bump!!!!

I'm curious as to how these have held up. As well, if you were to do it over what you would have done differently. This is one of the better fender mods I've seen for the Crossfire and am thinking of doing the same to mine.
