Went to busco beach see other post..

while teaching my son how to go off the various jumps we bottomed out the buggy twice.

Basically cracking the air housing on the buggy..

i have been reading about the other non stock air filters and was thinking now was a good time to replace with a different config.

2 questions...

do i have to rejet?

what does the final connection look like

Yes a 250 or me is in the works...but i am also looking at the larger 300/350 types...

Maybe these pix will help. Others might have pix from other angles or showing other ways to do it. The rubber shown in the 2nd pic is a section of radiator hose that goes from 1.75 to 1.5.

A rejet could be needed for just a filter change--maybe not if you haven't upgraded the exhaust. My UNI swap didn't make much difference til I improved flow with a new pipe & muffler.

And check to see if your fuel tank petcock is damaged. Depending on which Dune you have it may have been what hit the filter housing. You can replace the valve but if it isn't smashed it's probably easier to raise the tank on stand-offs.
