well i'm not BIGE mancoman but sometime back now i think early summer pghruby put a article up from tank that they were doing some changes and were to go to get parts.i can't remember it all now but i don't think i'm not off to far. so maybe those links are just like phone numbers when they are changed, no good.my advice would be any time you see something about dazon or tank is to read it,thats a good way to keep up on things. i wouldn't have known that but a member shared info that he had found out, even though he doesn't run a dazon. there is alot of info here if you need it.if there is something i think i might need to know in the future i add that to my favorites list. when i don't need it any longer i delete it.
as far as stuff floating around in outerspace i have no clue. i like to try to stay here on earth and really no knowing about computers.

Well, I knocked off my blinker a while back and this last weekend I about knocked off the left head light cornering around a few trees too tight. Good thing Dazon parts are fairly generic. Love the new Swamp Lite tires. To get the joyner rims to fit, I had to put them on with the valve stems on the inside.
Manco...sure you don't want me to drive your car??? Better yet, want me to teach your son my special driving techniques??? It'll give you car that special "driven through the ditch" look ...

Mancoman, just make a gasket with gasket paper, it's easy with a pencil, scissors, and hole punch. I know the Dazon and Kinroad use the same gearbox, have you tried Kinroad.

GMANLV can this done without taking the gearbox apart?ChuckO offered to help me if could have made it to the TB bash but I could not make it. .That was nice of him .Are Kinroad and Dazon related?Don't BIGE sell Kinroad buggys he should know.GMANLV Thank You for the help. mancoman
For the most part they all got the same set up. Call Eric and tell him what you need. You will take the cvt cover off. Take off the vari and clutch. Take out the 8 or so bolts on the back of the cvt. Pull of the cover. Clean both sides. Put on a new gasket. It's really very easy.

Mancoman if you talking about the gearbox that uses a coupler, to connect to the cvt, you have to take it off. I understand your reluctance to remove it, that's alot of work for a gasket.
