i need to do my work over a white sheet...

Putting on a new set of rollers when i pulled out the variotor one of those clips fell off and dissapeared (probably to the same place that lost socks go to)

I put everything back together...

There does seem to be some play in general, but nothing that is particular to that clip, but it seems like those clips, while important are not critical.

The missing clip !! Do you think it makes a huge difference?

If i need them can you actually buy just the clips?

Are you referring to the slides that go in the
back plate of the Variator.

Like these:
http://www.unionmaterial.com/slidelist.htm

I believe you might need them to secure that
back plate in.

where was you working on it, in your laundry room.thats were i lose my socks.there always behind the washing machine or dryer.i'm a single divorced guy and to lazy to fold my closes when i take then out.

i think you need to get a guide and put back on it you might have trouble with rollers and not shifting wright.
one of the dealers here should beable to help you on a pack of guides.

You definitely need those clips. They are the guides for the top plate of the variator and you don't want that tweaking in any strange directions.

Send me your address by private message and I'll send some out to you. This is for the 150cc, right?
