I am trying to figure out what size bit I need to drill my sons scrambler 50 to about a 92. Im not sure that will work, but I need a starting point. I switched from the stock filter, let dirt in the carb, to a uni with a custom intake. It had a 75 stock, has an 82 now and bogs at half throtle. I know this is not a buggy question, but I have a variety of toys and thought maybe you guys could help me out. :?

Well, you would have to know what type of jets are in there, and then find a chart to figure out how wide a 92 is in that jet style, and then drill from there.

Either that, or just buy a 92 jet from a place that deals in parts for your style of carb.

We can't answer the question, because jet size of "92" is not universal. It's going to depend upon the type of jets that are used. Every manufacturer sets their own standard for size.
