Does anyone have an idea how the rectifier is hooked up?
I have a red wire a green wire and a black wire going down to the CDI box. I think the red wire goes to power and charge the battery. The green should be ground. Is the black the pulse wire that tells the CDI when to send the spark for ignition. I have tried to get a wiring schematic and have had no luck. The wiring was in bad shape as someone had it ripped apart when I bought the kart. I have everything rewired and that is what I am stuck figuring out. The Kart is a Star II Go-Kart Model 250-K7 I will try to attach a picture of the Kart

worth a try maybe they can help you.

i think it close to a kinroad buggy or a kinroad buggy.look for wiring diagram for one the kinroad 250 buggy.i think the wiring would be the same or close.
